📢 MLPC SEASON 4: 🗳️ *NXGEN FC: DO WE JOIN MLPC SEASON 4?* 🗳️
Sons of Zeus, I want your opinion before I register us. ⚡
I'm thinking about entering the *MLPC Silver Division*:

📢 ⚡ NXGEN FC – RESET. REBUILD. DOMINATE. ⚡: Current record: 11W – 3D – 19L (33% Win Rate)
Let’s be real — this is not the NXGEN standard.
But this is where real teams are built.
To our current players:
This is a wake-up call. Talent alone is not enough. We need:
Consistency
Discipline
Communication
Accountability
Every game from now on is about earning your spot. No excuses. No shortcuts.
To our new players:
You are not here by chance. You are here to compete, adapt, and elevate the squad.
This is your opportunity to make an impact immediately.
🎯 Our Focus Moving Forward:
Fix defensive structure (76 conceded is not acceptable)
Improve chemistry and positioning
Play with purpose every match
Build a winning mentality
This is not the end of our story — it’s the turning point.
⚡ Sons of Zeus Mentality:
We don’t run from pressure. We rise from it.
NXGEN FC is not rebuilding… we are reloading.
📢 ⚽TEAM 1ST MEETING - FRIDAY 10: All players are expected to be available and ready to compete. This is our moment to perform, dominate, and represent the club at the highest level.
🤝
A meeting will be held bringing together:
🆕 New players (integration & system adaptation)
🏆 Veteran players (leadership & experience)
🎯 Objectives:
Strengthen team chemistry
Finalize tactical structure
Elevate discipline, communication, and performance standards
⏰ Time: 10pm est
